About Us

Some places ask nothing of you except that you slow down.

Along the Pacific coast of Michoacán, life moves with the rhythm of the ocean — steady, spacious, and deeply restorative. This stretch of shoreline remains largely untouched, protected from large-scale resort development and cared for in partnership with local Indigenous communities who have long honored the land and sea.

We didn’t come here as developers or real estate professionals. We came as travelers who fell in love — with the wild beaches, the warm salt air, the endless sunsets, and the feeling of being wonderfully off the map. Over time, we became local property owners ourselves, learning the coastline through lived experience.

Days here begin with barefoot walks on empty beaches. Nights close under vast, star-filled skies.

From San Juan de Alima, the coastline unfolds into hidden coves, winding jungle roads, and panoramic overlooks where the sea stretches endlessly toward the horizon. Tourism is minimal. Nature leads.

Over the years, a small number of special properties have come to us through personal relationships — neighbors and friends who care deeply about this land and about where it goes next. We don’t represent large inventories or developments, and we don’t operate as a traditional real estate business.

Availability is limited.

We created this space simply to share the inventory we have and to guide those who feel called to steward their own piece of this extraordinary shoreline in a place that still feels wild.
